Dan Morrison is the Founder and CEO of Morevolved, a Navy veteran, and a business and technology leader with 25 years of experience connecting strategy with real-world execution. His career has taken him from the flight line and manufacturing floor to executive leadership and international policy conversations. He brings an operator's understanding of how organizations work and the technical depth to turn ambitious ideas into systems people can use.

Dan built Morevolved around a mission larger than technology: to help people and organizations solve the complex problems limiting their potential, and to use that work to move humanity forward. His ambition is to build a company capable of taking on challenges at a global scale without losing sight of the people doing the work. Whether the starting point is a struggling process, a growing business, or an emerging technology, the purpose is to leave people and organizations stronger than he found them.

Across government, private enterprise, and high-growth startups, Dan has led hundreds of projects generating billions of dollars in collective ROI. His work spans operations, process improvement, cybersecurity, business intelligence, and emerging technology. He moves between executive priorities and day-to-day operating realities, translating complexity into decisions and changes people can sustain. His approach starts with understanding the people, processes, and constraints behind a problem before deciding which technology, if any, belongs in the answer.

At Morevolved, he leads a multidisciplinary team that brings business insight, operational experience, and technical execution into the same engagement. He developed MOSAIC, the firm's proprietary methodology for connecting operational understanding to practical design, implementation, and continuous improvement. His product work includes Mor-E, an AI-powered executive operating system, alongside platforms for global collaboration and industry-specific operations. The common thread is building capabilities that help organizations make better decisions and do better work.

His leadership experience also includes serving as COO of the Global Council for Responsible Artificial Intelligence, collaborating with Fortune 500 enterprises, governments, international nonprofits, and heads of state on responsible AI and governance. He approaches this work with the same pragmatism he brings to the private sector: progress requires honest conversation, practical standards, and trust built over time.

That commitment to service extends to mentoring business owners, coaching students and early-career professionals, creating internships that give people meaningful experience, and serving on nonprofit boards. For Dan, leadership includes sharing what he has learned and creating opportunities for others to put their abilities to work.

Dan holds a master's degree in cybersecurity and a bachelor's degree in operations management, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. A private pilot, he remains connected to the aviation world where his career began. He speaks at conferences, executive summits, and global forums on servant leadership, responsible AI, and bridging strategy with execution, drawing on a mission-first mindset shaped by military service and hands-on leadership.
