Information you give us

When you use the contact form or email us, we collect what you choose to share: typically your name, work email address, organization, the area you would like to discuss, and a description of the problem you are working through. We use this to respond to you, understand your needs, and, where appropriate, follow up about our services.

Please do not include passwords, account credentials, or confidential information in an inquiry.

Information collected automatically

We use HubSpot to understand how people use our website and to manage our business relationships. HubSpot places cookies in your browser and may collect your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at our site, and the date and time of your visit. If you later submit the contact form, this activity may be associated with your inquiry so we can understand what led to the conversation.

Our website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, request time, and the pages requested, to operate and secure the service.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may limit some website functionality but will not prevent you from reading the site or emailing us. HubSpot provides details about the cookies it sets at its cookie documentation.

How we use information

We use the information described above to respond to inquiries, communicate with you about our services, understand how our website is used, improve it, keep it secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions: HubSpot (customer relationship management and website analytics) and Vercel (website hosting). We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep contact inquiries and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and afterward for the period required by our records and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to HubSpot’s retention settings for our account.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, email info@morevolved.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may ask you to verify your identity first.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated notice.
